A national distributor of millwork related products has an immediate full-time Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver opening for a Driver that currently has or is able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. This is a Monday - Friday shift position. Those interested must have, or be able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card, a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year experience making deliveries with a non-CDL straight truck along the I-5 corridor ranging from Blaine, WA to Eugene, OR and associated areas. A driver's abstract will be required at the time of interview.
Successful candidates must have or obtain a DOT Medical Card, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 70 pounds on a frequent basis, a clean driving record, and proven Customer Relation skills. This position averages about 70% warehouse work and 30% driving. The successful candidate must be available to work overtime as needed. Sit-down and/or reach fork lift experience is preferred. Candidates must also have basic computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, (open and read email orders), Microsoft Excel, (extract necessary information from spreadsheets, and use UPS WorldShip to administer customer orders).

Hourly new hires can qualify for a 50 cent increase after the successful completion of the 90 day Introduction Period and receive consideration for an additional merit wage increase each year on their hire anniversary date in conjunction with an acceptable Performance Review. Regular fulltime hourly employees also have the opportunity for earn an additional bonus compensation per year via our Key Performance Incentive (KPI) program.
