Warehouse Worker Job at FELLERS LLC
Fellers has been a national leader in sign and graphic distribution for 37 years. Seeking an organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in our Hanover Park, IL warehouse. Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for receiving, packing orders, material handling, inventory, and shipping.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick-up (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Follow quality service standards and comply with policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
SKILLS / POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience in Warehousing / Distribution
- Can work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must have strong basic math skills and understands measurements such as feet, yards, inches, etc.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Proficient in inventory software, shipping, databases, and systems
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Strong work ethic and business practices
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shift
- Ability to move or pull up to 100 lbs. with pallet jack
- Able to lift 40lbs.
