Zenith Logistics is the 3rd party operator of the Kroger Distribution Center at 7025 English Avenue in Indianapolis. We are looking for career minded people to add to our ever growing team in our recession-proof industry. Our employees help take care of our communities by selecting orders and delivering food and other necessities to Kroger stores in Indiana, Illinois, and Eastern Missouri. Order selectors operate powered pallet jacks while picking full cases of product (1-60lbs), stacking them on pallets, and delivering to the dock for shipment. All positions are full-time, day shift (6 am start time initially), and are typically 8-10 hour shifts. Off days are mid-week and all weekends are required. Starting pay is $20.35 per hour including the weekend differential and is paid weekly. Major medical, dental, and vision insurance is also available for $21/week no matter the number of kids following the 90 day probationary period. Employees receive two (2) annual raises with a current top out rate of $25.44 per hour!
While other industries are slowing or laying off, we are full throttle ahead helping supply our customers and meet our community's needs. We have never had a lay off nor a downsizing. Everyone must pass a background check, drug test, and physical abilities test prior to the job offer.
