Maintaining Wigle and Threadbare inventories and delivery schedules are vital to company success and customer experience. This person delivers and stocks inventory to all current and future Wigle and Threadbare sites (including Distillery, Ross Park Mall, Threadbare Cider House) as well as local wholesale accounts on a weekly basis. This person maintains the organization of products in warehouses with the Inventory & Merchandising Specialist and all site managers. As a secondary responsibility, you will assist the Facilities Manager with larger projects as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Fulfillment & Deliveries

• Fulfill bottle and retail needs for all sites, including the Distillery, Ross Park Mall, Threadbare Cider House, and potential future locations.
• Reference Inventory & Merchandising Specialist delivery sheet
• Reallocate/remove bottles from sites as directed by Director of Operations
• Off-load deliveries and work thereafter to stock shelves and organize inventory back stock at sites in conjunction with Inventory & Merchandising Specialist
• Dispose of any empty boxes once complete
• Manage with new / temporary site load-ins and load-out including pop-up locations, indoor markets, and convention center load-ins
• Assist E-commerce Manager in moving completed bottle shipments and fulfilling necessary product
• Facilitate keg deliveries for wholesale accounts on a weekly basis

Inventory Management

• Assist Inventory & Merchandising Specialist and site managers with maintaining organization of all inventory
• Receive incoming purchase orders and facilitate the pickup of outgoing purchase orders

Facilities

• Assist the facilities manager with larger maintenance or repair projects as needed

Administrative

• Track all expenses in designated expense sheet
• Weekly Facilities Meetings
• Complete End-of-Day reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Forklift certified
• Able to accurately use basic math skills
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 20 lbs on regular basis
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• PA Drivers License required
• Flexible schedule
