Warehouse Distribution Assistant - Night Shift Job at Portland Press Herald

The Portland Press Herald is hiring part-time Warehouse Distribution Assistants for second shift.

We are looking for people who can work Wednesday through Saturday. The shift starts at 6 pm and runs until 1 or 2 am.

Responsibilities include:
Packaging newspaper products
Material handling
Properly feed insert hopper
Inserting pages into the newspapers
Other tasks as needed within the department.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required.

This is a physically demanding job requiring lengthy time standing, bending, stretching, lifting pushing and climbing. Should be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
