Job Responsibilities

• Helping devise long term strategies for the organization, ERP governance, data governance, disaster recovery – data loss, network failures (like if a server crashes and everything is gone establishing backup plans where you can roll back, find how much data did we lose, where are the paper documents etc.), disaster recovery, etc.
• This person should have a well thought out plan, if something goes haywire.
• Another example would be a security breach of customer data – this person will know who to notify and what steps to take. They will also help us enter the IoT space. They would also manage and support their team.
• They must have the experience of setting up IoT solutions from the ground up, including coding.
• We are not looking for someone who’s main skills surround infrastructure.
• We are looking for that ERP implementation and Telematics experience.

Job Requirements:

• IoT and Telematic background in the sense that they have developed, written the code, and done the entire process from start to finish is non-negotiable.
• They MUST be able to write the code and implement these technologies from start to finish with no assistance.
• We have no one here who can help mentor or guide this person.
• They will need to come to us with these skills.
• Someone who has implemented an ERP is a must. This is a major goal of hiring this role. They will need to have the experience in working with choosing and implementing a new ERP system from start to finish.
• We will need someone who is skilled at putting disaster recovery plans in place for the organization and making sure those stay up to date.
