Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

This role will lead Dental business partnerships and the digital ecosystem integration strategy for our digital product and feature experiences serving our independent, Dental Service Organization and mid-market practices and their patients to drive growth for the H&W platform. This is inclusive of Dental practice management software, patient relationship management/engagement, revenue cycle management, digital marketing platforms, analytics platforms, benefit eligibility, clear aligner and other Dental product strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President Dental Industry, this position will cultivate and maintain these relationships with key stakeholders across our growing markets and will work cross-functionally to execute on these critical initiatives and strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute team growth strategies and action plans across the dental industry

  • Develop and strengthen long term partner relationships in conjunction with growth strategies including collaborative commercialization efforts with these partnerships and throughout their organizations and ours

  • Conduct training sessions to both external and internal (sales) audiences to ensure understanding of CareCredit programs, policies, and requirements and to enhance sales industry expertise

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with our partners

  • Ensure all contractual obligations are being met

  • Leverage our sales teams to drive portfolio usage and increase sales

  • Work with various departments including marketing, IT and operations to develop materials and systems to increase portfolio usage

  • Provide value added analysis & reporting to evaluate & drive growth in applications and usage

  • Participate in monthly operating & portfolio performance reviews

  • Collaborate on P&L/OpEx management

  • Partner with Finance to negotiate contracts, contract renewals, and amendments

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services

  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience with a track record of results, including experience leading teams.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time including overnight and some weekend travel

  • Remote worker or any SYF Hub USA

  • This role offers flexibility and can be remote based, work from home; role will require travel to client-facing meetings and commute to one of our offices for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events

The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
