Overview:
Hero Practice Services is seeking a Vision RC Specialist to be part of the team responsible for the company’s third-party Vision claims processing.

Responsibilities:
- Review all funding invoices to determine the correct billing method
- Post payments to practice management system
- Collect and process patient payments
- Handle third-party customer questions, complaints, and problems once a claim has been invoiced
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Revenue Cycle and/or Accounts Receivable experience
- Must be knowledgeable in billing databases
- Vision billing experience is desirable
- Bilingual Desired (Spanish)
