Wise Agent is looking to add a Video Specialist to our growing marketing team. This person would be in charge of all current video assets and the go-to person for any video assets needed for the company - whether from the team internally, our members, or partners.

They would be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and publishing video tutorials, digital ads, short commercials, and videos for social media posts.

They would report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with those in the marketing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making decisions or presenting best options on video standards
• Ensuring consistency in brand standards across all video assets
• Responsible for video equipment and deciding what is neededUpkeep of equipment, requests for new equipment, researching new equipment

• Deciding what video assets are needed per releaseNew or updated video tutorials for members

Commercials and video assets for social media
Ads

• Keeping video assets up to dateGoing through videos periodically to decide if they need to be updated

• Upkeep of our Youtube channel and playlists
• Creating a video schedule based on due datesAbility to decipher priority of videos based on release dates and time needed to finish video projects

• Communicating to the manager the status of video projects
• Keeping video assets organized and backed up
• Keeping up to date with video standards and trends across platforms and taking part in additional video training as needed
• Helping to relay standards and training for video to new and current employees

The right candidate would be:

• Comfortable using Google Apps
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere + After Effects
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional demeanor
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Impeccable Attendance
• Proper Grammar usage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
