The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to help set the strategic direction as well as drive the day-to-day operations of the business as we scale up. You will be building on a very successful initial Kickstarter launch and taking the product to the next level.

STOCKY is a brand-new, high-quality collectible for car nerds. Not too big and not too small, each STOCKY makes just the right statement on your desk or bookshelf. Each car goes through a highly detailed injection-molding process and is sturdy enough to be played with. Oh, and the wheels spin so you can roll it around while you study or take a call.

We are in an aggressive growth phase. As part of our team, you will plug into an organization of high-performance individuals who are set on delivering top-quality content for our fans.

The Responsibilities:

• Set go-to-market strategy. Evaluate D2C vs. retail and set the roadmap for new releases.
• Manage FP&A. Forecast unit quantities, orders, and manage inventory risk.
• Manage all vendors across production, design, fulfillment, etc.
• Sign new and manage existing licensing agreements with auto manufacturers.
• Bring new STOCKY models to market (prototyping, sampling, etc.)
• Oversee marketing strategy and implementation (including paid marketing budgets).
• Manage BD/Partner relationships (ex. STOCKY in video games, artist collaborations, etc.).

The Qualifications:

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably D2C.
• Experience with licensing agreements.
• The ability to grow a small team of creative individuals.
• Experience analyzing data and managing financials.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

The Person:

• Entrepreneurial. Able to handle both high-level strategy and motivated to execute tactically.
• High taste level, in the world of both cars and toys.
• Native understanding of the current state of digital media and D2C.
• Able to work in remote locations under stressful conditions.
• Ability to work within processes and procedures of a larger organization.
• Enjoys being hands on, rolling up his or her sleeves and working within a team.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful and able to make decisions quickly.
