UCFS is currently seeking a Vice President of Eldercare Services to be responsible for the overall management of eldercare programs, including Sheltering Arms and Ross Adult Day Center, by performing the following job duties:
  • Oversee general operations of all programs and provide guidance and supervision to supervisors associated with each program.
  • Develop and carry out goals and objectives in conjunction with UCFS's strategic plan.
  • Coordinate all projects related to programs and facilities.
  • Prepare annual budgets with the assistance of CFO and Controller; prepare monthly report to Board of Directors and review revenue and expense reports prepared by Finance Department.
  • Prepare all grant applications and contracts and required reports associates with these grants; pursue any other sources of funding that may become available to the eldercare.
  • Participate in Statewide organizations, which support programs to remain current and active in any legislation which may affect eldercare programs.
  • Oversee all marketing related activities to eldercare programs.
  • Participate in community related committees which relate to eldercare programs to ensure collaboration and that UCFS is meeting community needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in Eldercare, Health, or Human Service administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of related management experience
