We are seeking an experienced marketing executive for the position of Vice President of Candidate Marketing to lead all efforts related to the acquisition, nurturing, and engagement of clinician talent across the Ingenovis Health family of brands.

In this newly created pivotal role, you’ll leverage your 8+ years of experience leading winning staffing marketing teams to ensure that our brands have sufficient candidate supply to fill open and future healthcare staffing positions. Aligned with the corporate revenue goals per brand, the end goal is to demonstrate industry-leading growth and candidate engagement, and an optimal ROI.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a growing team responsible for all candidate marketing operations including lead generation, digital marketing, advertising, social media, job marketing, database regulations and compliance, content development and integration of our tech stack. You’ll interact with our executive team, Board of Directors, and be a sought-after participant in cross-functional strategic initiatives.

As a brand champion, you’ll ensure that all content and user experience touchpoints reinforce the unique value propositions of each brand, and the overall Ingenovis Health brand purpose to provide a home for healthcare talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish marketing strategy that will drive double-digit growth year-over-year in the acquisition of qualified healthcare staffing candidates to fill open orders across Ingenovis Health family of brands including Trustaff, Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, HealthCare Support, CardioSolution and VISTA Staffing Solutions.
  • Manage budget, vendor contracts, negotiation, and measurement of ROI across all aspects of the candidate marketing business and prepare reports for the SVP and CFO on a quarterly cadence.
  • Direct a high-performing team of marketing operations experts to achieve and exceed goals related to engagement through the candidate funnel from acquisition to job placement leveraging the sophisticated use of an existing tech stack including Eloqua, Sense HQ, TextUs and Herefish.
  • Introduce strategies to help an historically successfully digital marketing team get to the next level on lead generation and engagement platforms which include but are not limited to paid media, job boards, social media, and content marketing. Create marketing campaigns promoting enhanced licensing and referral programs and identify addressable audience and look-alike groups. Strategize with Sales and Recruiting teams to pipeline for future growth in core capabilities as well as emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team to envision and ultimately direct content creation that articulates and reinforces brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to identify predictive analysis opportunities for targeting ideal candidate segments.
  • Resource a nights and weekend rapid response coverage effort to meet recruiting and logistical communications needs for urgent events such as strikes, hurricanes, flu outbreaks and pandemics.

What you’ll bring:
  • 8+ years of experience leading staffing marketing teams, developing and executing strategies that deliver strong results in candidate marketing.
  • Direct oversight of 7-8 figure marketing budget and active direction in the measurement and evaluation of ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing including knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid search, social media advertising, drip campaigns, attribution marketing, native advertising, etc.
  • High-level understanding in applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn.
  • Excellent presentation skills sharing information to executives and Board of Directors.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the healthcare staffing verticals including nurse, Allied, physicians and non-clinical providers is a big plus since this is our world.
  • Directorial experience of teams utilizing marketing automation platforms for database engagement, such as Eloqua, Marketo or Salesforce is desired.
Compensation Range
$173,400.00 - $216,700.00
