Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, front office and reception area cleaning. Checking out patients to their owners and explaining post operative instructions with medications. There is room for growth within the company to areas like management, or kennel tech/veterinary technician. We are a high volume low cost clinic- the environment is very fast paced. Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
