BluePearl Veterinary Partner is hiring a Veterinary Call Center Representative

  • Do you have Strong problem solving, critical thinking and empathy skills?

Pay: $18 - $27 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our CareerTrax leveling system.

Due to an extreme amount of growth at BluePearl Veterinary Partners, we are seeking an additional Call Center Operator to add to our Sandy Springs, GA location. As the Operator, you will interact with BluePearl clients and referring veterinarians in a high-volume telephone environment to address moderately complex inquiries and provide an outstanding client experience. You may handle difficult situations and assist in training other Client Service Coordinators.

Job Requirements:

  • Call Center or Client Service Representative experience is required in this position.

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology required.

  • Previous experience in veterinary, human healthcare or related industry strongly preferred


As the Veterinary Call Center Operator, you will:

  • Answer general inbound and places outbound calls to meet objectives: high client service levels, strong client retention, excellent referring veterinary relationships, and increased business.

  • Address inquiries primarily of routine or basic nature.

  • Follow basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate practice's client information systems along with a basic knowledge of the hospital and services.

  • Respond to client questions, explains available services, corrects errors, provides general information on pricing, and makes appointments.

  • Pass more complex client inquiries to Technicians, Doctors, Supervisor or higher-level Contact Center team members.

  • Provide timely and accurate follow up to inquiries as appropriate.

  • Drive strong, positive brand reputation for the organization in all daily interactions.

  • Other job duties as assigned.


Other Qualifications:

  • Basic problem solving, critical thinking and empathy skills are essential.

  • General knowledge of phone and e-mail systems and basic computer skills.

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong listening/comprehension skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service skills, a genuine desire to help our clients and understand their needs.

  • Knowing how to navigate Veterinary software, (especially Cornerstone) is strongly preferred.
