Used Car Technician Job at Jack Mitchell Motorsports - Oak Lawn Llc
Ghaben Auto Group is looking for an experienced Used Car Technician to join our Volkswagen of Oak Lawn team. In this role, we expect you to be detailed oriented and intent on top service performance. You will work with Service Advisors to determine the best course of action with the service of customer vehicles. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong expertise as a Used Car Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, test vehicles to ensure safety and that work is well done
- Communicate with Service Advisors to find service options for customers and the ideal repair solution
- Perform all work on repair orders effectively and efficiently
- Follow protocol from Service Manager, and work well in our team
- Operate service department equipment following safety measure
- 4 or more years of experience in a Service Advisor position required
- Excellent dexterity, reliability, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
- Must be able to work effectively within a team
