One of Orlando' s new and unique restaurant and hospitality groups is seeking a professional, dynamic, organized, customer service-oriented event coordinator. The event coordinator should have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic and polished professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external clients.

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Contract and book event venues, plan and coordinate food and beverage menus with clients and internal team
- Plan every aspect of each event from beginning to end
- Provide direct and clear communication to all parties
- Communicate with staff internally on all event details, updates, and changes
- Maintain organized and thorough files pertaining to each client and event
- Demonstrate an upbeat and outgoing demeanor at all times
- Consistently anticipate needs and diagnose areas of opportunity while meeting deadlines with little to no supervision
Event Coordinator Requirements:
- Coordinate appointments and tours to see our venues and schedule events on the company calendar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
- Experience using event management software and related computer skills
- Minimum of 3 years of upscale, large-scale event planning experience required
