Training & Mentorship

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct continuous foot patrols of client property and report any suspicious activity.
• Patrols will be conducted outside in all kinds of weather. This position involves prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Use de-escalation techniques to diffuse potential conflicts or confrontations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Write detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be willing to participate in self defense training that involves martial arts.

What we Require:

• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Unarmed security experience desired but not required.
