Requirements:

• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Background check required
• Experience in landscaping, concrete formers, and general construction
• Rouch electrical, plumbing, underground.
• Residential construction experience
• Electrical knowedge is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
• Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:

• General construction
• Concrete work
• Landscaping, dig ditches or trenches
• Masonry
• Use picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, commercial trencher or rakes
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, roto hammers, and tools
• Distributing materials to various projects according to project plans or specifications
• Underground wire management, conduit, wiring, painting
• Work with local utility companies and back office to obtain and interpret scope of work at job site
• Clean or prepare residential construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Prepare residential sites for new utility lines to properties
• Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed
• Install PVC conduit at residential job sites within NEC guidelines
• Perform trenching and concrete work

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on residential rooftops, and able to work on your feet 8 hrs + daily
• Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
• Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)

Start Rate: $18-23/hr dependent on experience - up for discussion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
