Position Overview

The Treasury Management Solutions Specialist is responsible for the development of new treasury management business, and expanding existing relationships by directing sales efforts. These metrics will reflect in increased deposits and fee income. This position works closely with the Treasury Management Solutions Manager, Financial Banking Centers, Business Partners in making business development calls on new prospects, with a focus on small to mid-size companies requiring Treasury Management solutions and services.

The Treasury Management Solutions Specialist must demonstrate and maintain exemplary internal and external client service standards. Communicate information clearly to ensure prompt first –time resolution. Proactively canvas our market to offer all treasury management products and services. Collaborate with Treasury Management Solutions Manager to solve any complex client issues and actively participate in department initiatives to increase revenue. The Treasury Management Solutions Specialist will achieve annual performance metrics for new business sales, call efforts, revenue growth, client retention, and profitability. They will consistently deliver high quality and responsive service to clients and prospects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Partner and coordinate joint sales efforts with Branch Managers to identify and develop treasury management solutions for clients and prospects
• Conduct new client and prospect needs analysis to develop proposed service solutions through sales presentations and business development efforts
• Manage existing business client relationships and increase value through relationship deepening
• Execute strategic market based sales plans to target prospects and existing clients; manages and maintains an accurate, timely sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed sales revenue and proposal goals
• Maintain current knowledge of all treasury management products and services offered
• Grow non-interest income and deposit interest income
• Promptly escalate any potential fraud or loss situations
• Adhere to all Bank Policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and related experience
• 3 years of experience in financial services including a minimum of 2 years Treasury Management or related area
• Proven selling and negotiation skills; Sales and marketing aptitude
• Strong working relationships with clients, prospects and colleagues with an ability to articulate complex ideas and solution
• Experienced working with Branch Managers and business partners to identify and develop treasury management solutions for clients and prospects
  
• Ability to interpret business financial statements including working capital and cash conversion cycle
  
• Ability to use various PC and internet-based systems including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for the role
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout the assigned geographic territory
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and have strong acumen for business and relationship development

Hiring salary range: $61,702.00 - $85,775.00 annual
