Auburn Ford is hiring an experienced Transmission Technician / Heavy Duty / Drivability Technician to support our high-volume Service Department.

OUR WORK WEEK IS MONDAY- FRIDAY. NO WEEKENDS! 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
We offer optional/multiple competitive and attractive pay plans based on experience and skill level.
We are open to a candidate with dealership experience and/or independent shop experience. Ford experience and certifications are preferred but not required.

Automotive Transmission Technician / Heavy Duty / Drivability Technician Responsibilities:
- Efficient and accurate diagnostic abilities
- Performs vehicle repairs
- Recommends needed and necessary service and repairs
- Advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools
- Communicates with team members in an efficient manner
Automotive Transmission Technician / Heavy Duty / Drivability Technician Requirements:
- 3 yrs. Minimum experience with repair, diagnostic equipment, and scan tools
- ASE and any other OEM Certifications preferred
- Paid training program
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Ability to pass background and drug test
- Clean driving record
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Smog certified a plus not required
