Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for securing tower sections onto railcars, and train prep.
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepping railcars for tower section loading.
2. Assist loading/unloading tower sections from trucks/railcars.
3. Secure/unsecure tower sections from railcars.
4. Assist with various transportation of tower sections within the Production facilities.
5. Ensure that safety and environmental requirements are followed.
6. Focus efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with CSWIND standards.
7. Strive for continuous improvements to reduce lead time.
8. Strive for achieving results.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills Required
1. Use of fork lifts, manlifts.
2. Frequent standing and walking.
3. Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 40#.
4. Occasional bending, kneeling and reaching.
5. Occasional climbing of ladders on/off forklifts.
6. Frequent climbing on/off railcars
Main Competency
1. Prepping railcars for tower section loading.
2. Assist loading/unloading tower sections from trucks/railcars.
3. Secure/unsecure tower sections from railcars.
4. Assist with various transportation of tower sections within the Production facilities.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Flexible.
3. Reliable.
4. Team worker
