JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Responsible for safe operation of company vehicles while delivering materials.
• Make sure your work area is secured and safe to the public and workers at all times.
• Operate trucks to transport equipment to/from job sites.
• Understand material handling.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Strong work ethic
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Must reflect a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work overtime, days and nights.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the traffic control industry with prior traffic control or road construction experience preferred.
• Previous striping or road construction experience preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This position will be based in Plant City, FL. Travel required.

• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions; moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particles.
• Dealing with traveling public effectively.
• Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate/loud.
• Regularly required to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move lift and move up to 50 pounds.
