About this Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for the use of analytical results from product sales, inventory management and production, to facilitate fair and equitable decisions within a specific geographic location. Your goal is to create a flow of product from production through shipment to dealer inventory that will enhance and improve profitability for current and future months. This position will be cross trained and rotated with the Administrative Assistant duties which include support 4 Managers, 6 AZM’s up to 15 DSMs, and 200+ dealers in the field for all communications meetings and accounts payable to help minimize risk by providing valuable technical assistance to AHM Law counsel and management regarding the performance of Honda products when they are involved in accidents and in daily operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilize analysis for the selection and flow of the best saleable inventory for the geographic area. Resolve issues of unattached and unproduced units, aid in customer relation issues, replace damaged units, substitute aging inventory or production replacements to avoid AHM on-ground inventory, analyze dealer inventory and/or profiles and suggest creative resolutions for improvement.
• Select and recommend for future selection, production for zone and dealership purposes (including local auto shows, facility action, buy-sell, and new dealer inventory) that will result in the best saleable inventory and assist with dealer profitability.
• Interface with port/rail/trucking personnel regarding vehicle shipping/tracking. Expedite delivery or account reasoning for lost vehicles. Manage an efficient and timely flow of product from production to dealer delivery. Notify zone personnel of problems or delays and suggest creative resolutions.
• Support zone management, DSMs, and dealers with accurate analysis of specific sales (past, present, and forecasted) to obtain the best saleable inventory and assist with dealer profitability.
• Responsible for billings and cost center budget administration.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Maintain accurate allocation files per AHM guidelines, answer phones, typing, communication to zone personnel and dealers, as well as other duties as required.

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

• 5+ years of office experience
• Technical computer skills regarding the use of analytical and analyzing software programs is required

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree desirable

Total Rewards:

• Competitive Base Salary: $26.15/hr to $32.64/hr

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
