ROLE OVERVIEW
The TMS Technician works in a high energy and fast-paced medical office setting, the candidate must possess a friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Essential duties include coordination & scheduling of all TMS services, answering prospective patient inquiries, initial patient consultations, ensuring timely completion and submission of all required documentation, serving as liaison and representative.

SCHEDULE
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from prospective TMS patients
- Book, schedule, and perform reminder calls for TMS patient appointments
- Document TMS patient treatment history, vital signs, and allergies/contraindications as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year of experience in a medical office environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
