Territory Management and Scheduling Coordinator (Fully Remote or Hybrid (Charlotte, NC)) Job at Brighthouse Financial
Where you’ll work:
Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC.
How you’ll contribute:
This position is responsible for providing territory management and appointment scheduling support to the distribution organization in an effort to increase wholesaler productivity.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Help move Financial Professionals through the buying continuum by scheduling face-to-face and/or virtual meetings on behalf of External Wholesalers
Prepare and edit written and verbal correspondence to Financial Professionals
Make strategic recommendations to External Wholesalers for prospecting
Analyze External Wholesaler’s territories using mapping software, data, and analytics
Provide recommendations to maximize territory efficiency and increase productivity
Analyze monthly Divisional Sales Manager reports to support retention and conversion of financial professionals
Utilize & Access Salesforce Dashboards regularly to assist with guided and focused outreach
Increase participant attendance to company sponsored events using a prescribed process in partnership with Internal Wholesalers
Provide meeting follow-up support with email campaigns and outbound phone calls
Complete assigned tasks from the Marketing Team and Conference/Strategic Relationship Teams
Use CRM software to pull targeted advisor lists, log activities, and record information on Financial Professionals to provide valuable intel related to External Wholesalers
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be able to work between the hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm (M-F)
We’re looking for people who have:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills; understanding of written business communication standards
Comfort with outbound calls
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Previous CRM/customer service/relations experience
Adept at managing and adapting to varied communication styles with resiliency
Experience with scheduling software or technology a plus
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Must be able to work within EST business hours
