Cincinnati Ohio Police Federal Credit Union (COPFCU) is looking for one full-time Teller to provide members with account information, transactional services, and other credit union services by phone or in person. This full-time position earns a competitive wage of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER
As an entry-level Teller, you cheerfully greet current and prospective members, taking the time to really listen to their needs. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With your great customer service skills, you help process transactions and solve problems, as well as provide information about our credit union and the banking services we offer. You process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy.
You also have opportunities to use your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. When requested by members, you help with the transfer of shares to loan payments, share withdrawals, money orders, travel notices, check requests, stop payments, and scanning member IDs and documents. During each shift, you maintain a cash drawer with all proper controls, ensuring that it balances at the end. You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our members as people, not numbers!
QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience and bank or credit union experience are preferred but not required. Are you attentive to detail? Do you have great customer service and problem-solving skills? Are you willing to learn and grow in the banking industry? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
The work schedule for this position is approximately 8:30 PM - 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating half-day Saturdays. Travel to other branches to assistant with coverage may be required.
