Great Lakes First Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time teller position. Great Lakes First Federal Credit Union has locations in Escanaba and Gladstone. This position would be Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday's.
Teller responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing routine member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
- Providing members with account status in person and over the phone
- Balancing your teller drawer at the end of day
- Providing exceptional member service and assisting with other duties as needed
- Function as primary contact with our members and must have excellent communication skills
Applicants should possess:
- Previous cash handling experience preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Friendly, positive attitude
