$20.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Technician (electronics)
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
It is the Electronics Technician’s responsibility to test and evaluate engineering samples in preparation for release.
- Execution of testing and checkout procedures to certify functionality
- Manage product and hardware readiness
- Assemble/disassemble small PCB components
- Set up and conduct tests and records data to assist with engineering analysis
- Prepare documentation of test results or test discrepancies
- Troubleshooting and hardware failure analysis, if applicable
- Utilization of hand bench, power tools, and measuring instrument (including transducers, oscilloscopes, virtual instruments, and test boxes)
- Any and all other duties, as assigned
BACKGROUND PROFILE: Technician (electronics)
- Ability to excel within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Driven, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the field
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal repetitive direction/instruction
- Ability to adjust workload based upon changing priorities (adaptability)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a myriad of demands and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of workflow and general process of operation in an engineering lab
- Maintains accountability for actions, accuracy, and results (ownership of work)
- Reliable and willing to assist where and when needed, irrespective of function
Requirements:
- Required: high school diploma/GED
- Required: Strong knowledge of computers and all MS Office programs
- Required: Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted
- Preferred: Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in electronics
- Preferred: Semiconductor assembly background
