Technical Service Rep needed for Refrigeration company in Winston-Salem, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Answer technical and parts calls, email inquiries, SMS and Chat from customers and field service personal.
- Assist in processing service claims and parts returns for warranty.
- Report technical and parts issues to appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction when seeing trends in product defects.
- Review and help produce quality manuals and troubleshooting guides for customers and field service technicians.
- Stay up to date with our equipment in order to provide good customer service.
- Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and part distributors.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Customer Service skills
- Experience working with HVAC or Refrigeration (2+ years)
- Proficient on telephone and computer
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Able to sit long periods of time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
