We are looking for energetic, fun-loving team members to join our growing City Greens family. As a new team member, you'll be involved in several different roles - from preparing food for our guests to customer service to managing the register - giving you a wide variety of experience and the best opportunity to grow within our company.

This is an entry-level position, so no experience is required. You bring the motivation and the passion, and we'll provide the training and the environment to help you succeed!

Responsibilities:

Hustle hard and make our guests and your fellow team members happy! As a CG Team Member, you will receive training on the job and learn how our restaurant operates. Over time, you will gain the experience and skills to grow your responsibilities and your pay.

• Preparing food, serving and checking out our guests
• Creating guest experiences as fresh as our food
• Keeping the restaurant, not just your space, clean
• Knowing our food and our company like the back of your hand
• Being enthusiastic about learning new skills and responsibilities

As a CG Team Member, you must be enthusiastic about the world of City Greens - the more you learn, the more you'll grow. We are looking for people who work hard, enjoy making people smile and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Some Team Member requirements include:

• Previous restaurant, hospitality and/or cashier experience is preferred (but not required!)
• Must be flexible, prompt, reliable and open to working a variety of shifts
• Proactive and open to taking on additional responsibilities
• Supportive of your fellow team members and managers
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Focus on our guests and ensuring they leave happier than when they entered
