Team Leader Job at Five Star Plastics
We are looking for a motivated hard-worker who has leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have strong math skills and be organized, energetic and safety conscious. Must be able to work with minimal direction and able to work overtime if necessary. Ability to distinguish between colors and hues and ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at times is required. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to multi-task and see beyond the present situation are needed.
Job duties include: monitoring performance of employees, monitoring production and staffing levels of the molding department, molding technician duties, daily audits, and any other duties as required by manager.
