YOUR MISSION

Develop, implement, and support global entertainment marketing programs as part of the overall marketing strategy and major brand initiatives.

Identify, negotiate, and secure relevant entertainment partners, partnerships and opportunities that drive and enhance the PUMA brand and its business

Drive overall brand heat with a specific emphasis on the PUMA Men’s business.

Partner and work cross-functionally with Central Marketing, Key Business Units, and Regional Teams to develop and execute entertainment marketing programs

Establish and manage cohesive relationships and close communication with critical departments to ensure synergies on all projects.

Ensure that the PUMA brand is maximizing all entertainment partners.

Manage a mix of both long-term entertainment ambassadors and short-turn entertainment programs for PUMA.

Set and track KPIs for entertainment partners and programs

Manage, track and support execution of entertainment partners contractual deliverables including photoshoots, social rollouts, press requests, etc. according to the marketing and activation plans.

Ensure that PUMA and key initiatives are consistently visible and being seeded to entertainment talent.

Manage cadence of seedings of priority products to talent, influencers, and industry contacts.

Build & maintain relationships with talent and industry contacts (stylists, publicists and managers, record labels, etc.) brining new and exciting relationships to PUMA.

Oversee entertainment initiatives at cultural moments (ComplexCon, NYFW, Grammys, MIA etc.)

Create communication of entertainment placement results, KPI tracking and wrap up reports.
YOUR TALENT
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

7+ years’ experience in Entertainment Marketing and Partnership management (prior experience with footwear or streetwear brands a plus).

Comfort in negotiating, contracts and an understanding of language used within contracts.

Passion for and knowledge of music/fashion/entertainment and sneaker culture.

Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, time management skills.

Dependable and responsible with the ability to take initiative.
-
Strong work ethic; Self-motivated; Fast learner.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
-
15-20% domestic and international travel required
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200 - $141,000 + Bonus + Benefits (https://about.puma.com/en/careers/locations)
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
