Team Assistant- Home Health Job at Envision Home Health & Hospice
Envision Healthcare at Home is seeking a full-time Team Assistant for our busy and growing home health & hospice office in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities include:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Tracking Physician Orders
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- HR files/filing
- Back up person to our Intake Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- High school degree or GED
- Home Health or Hospice experience highly preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office Suite - Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Effective communication, positive attitude and team player
- Highly organized ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Active CNA license a plus but not required
