KOS Services LLC (A Dental Dreams Company) in Chicago, IL seeks qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsible for full cycle recruitment for dental assistants and dental practice staff. Develop a partnership with educational institution Career Centers. Create and maintain a flow of candidates by utilizing Advanced internet searching skills, Resume mining, cold-calling, and various management-level positions, as assigned. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) such as ADP Workforce Now. Assist hiring managers in interpreting Human Resource policies and procedures. Screen and assess qualified candidates to fill a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions. Work directly with multiple hiring managers to effectively fill open positions promptly. Assess applicant’s qualifications and career goals to find the best fit for open positions. Develop strong networks in the dental field. Perform other Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned. Administer the ATS system for ADP, working closely with key business stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support effective technology solutions aligned with the HR/Payroll strategy, as well as help define and implement technology policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure data integrity related to all Human Resources/Payroll information management processes and transactions and have primary accountability for the ADP system. Coordinate and administer all pre-employment assessments for prospective candidates. Participate in the administration of hiring requirements for company’s locations in 12 US States including 69 clinics, generation of requestions, creation and processing of reports, events, and technical solutions to satisfy business needs. Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role. Identify, attract and source talent using different niche sites/channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and social media. Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Dental Dreams LLC career website as well as other relevant posting websites. Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications. Process Employee Records and documentation, Workers’ compensation, and Unemployment for 12 States and 69 locations within the United States.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or in a highly related field of study required with at least 1 year of professional experience in: (i) Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) such as ADP Workforce Now; (ii) coordinating and administering all pre-employment assessments for prospective candidates; and (iii) identifying, attracting and sourcing talent using site/channels such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social media.
