Job Description


Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics

Scope: Finance, IT (PCIS), Supply Chain, Distribution Centers across North America

Primary Responsibilities (90%)

Candidate Experience

  • Manage an inclusive and client-centric hiring process for all candidates and hiring managers
  • Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Reinforce guidelines for job posting timeframes to ensure fair opportunities for both internal and external candidates
  • Liaise with HRBPs and/or Onboarding Team as needed to ensure seamless candidate experience
  • Ensure applicants/candidate who will not move forward are notified (per LVMH guidelines)
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR team members

Sourcing/Hiring

  • Manage all activities within recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers (average of 20 + open requisitions)
  • Up to date knowledge of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent
  • Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques including but not limited to ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, events, and any other resources
  • Ensure that a diverse slate of candidates is selected for presentation to hiring managers.
  • Source and connect with passive candidates on a regular basis. Convert sourced candidates into future pipeline
  • Identify early career professional talent for current and future openings
  • Partner with Compensation team on salary recommendations

Administration

  • Enter requests into Workflow to launch hiring approval process
  • Edit Job postings, open and close jobs within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (i.e.: SmartRecruiters and LVMH Careers)
  • Update Open Position Report and monitor for accuracy
  • Edit Job Descriptions as needed and track on HR Shared Drive
  • Ensure all policies and practices are followed, report any deviation to HR colleagues/senior management
  • Prepare reports as needed (time to fill, expense vs budget, etc)

Secondary Responsibilities (10%)

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Liaise with External Consultants, Maison Human Resource in Europe and LVMH Inc
  • Adhere to all recruitment best practices and make suggestions for continual improvement
  • Special projects as needed
  • Events
  • Manage and participate in hiring events (i.e. Campus Events/Career Fairs, LVMH-related events)
  • Participate in cross-LVMH talent community meetings
  • Support corporate/brand events, classes or outings as needed

Qualifications
  • 3 – 5 Years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition experience
  • Skilled storytelling with an ability to frame opportunities to attract external candidates and influence internal stakeholders
  • Able to multi-task and execute in a fast-paced, growing business – average requisition load 20 + open roles
  • Detail oriented with strong planning/organizational skills
  • Proactive, results oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Intermediate level In MS Office Suite and other productivity tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $89k-133k.
