Job Description

• Work with local operations management to develop proactive recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development on both digital and non-digital platforms
• Lead, develop and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.
• Develop continuous improvements to internal HR processes as well as recruitment efforts focusing on finding and retaining great talents
• Analyze and evaluate various communications activities to assure continuous development of efforts.
• Build strong relationships with internal operational stakeholders to identify needs for process improvements, employee performance drivers, and employee engagement efforts
• Create and hold internal trainings relating primarily to operational improvements, corporate values and communications skills for Evolution employees.
• Develop and manage HR related improvement projects related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and performance improvements in a fast-paced Studio environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or gaming industries
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and recruitment tools
• Mass recruitment experience is a plus
• Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) – additional languages are an advantage
• Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
• A good team player with strong stakeholder skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
