The ideal candidate:

• Will have extensive Recruiting / Staffing Experience to include benefits administration, onboarding, social media recruiting, and job boards knowledge.

• Will have a solid understanding of applicable labor laws and guide management on best practices to resolve employee matters.

• Will be a strategic contributor as well as an operational leader to assist in navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to employee issues.
• Will have effective verbal and written communication at all levels of an organization; should be comfortable working with any level of employee or manager.
• Has the ability to think critically and anticipate issues, and proactively suggest long-term solutions.
• Will be a self-starter with a strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a recruiting strategy to continuously attract, engage, and hire top talent
• Develop a hiring strategy, including candidate assessment tools (interview guides, reference questions, etc.) based on best practices to ensure efficient, effective, and objective evaluation processes
• Build critical relationships (within the organization and your network) to attract and engage with new talent
• Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across multiple job positions
• Manage a large pipeline of candidates and handle all organizational tasks associated with the interview process via ATS/HRIS systems
• Maintain pertinent compliance records and necessary documents
• Support HR initiatives by having the ability to deliver HR programs to the business,
• Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
• Other duties; as necessary

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or staffing agency environment preferred
• Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, E-Verify, and other related Federal & State laws required.
• Will have experience in social media recruiting and knowledge of portal sourcing to include LinkedIn recruiter, career boards, etc.
