We currently have a Systems/Data Analyst position available in our facility in Pasco, WA.

As a Twin City Foods (Pasco Division) Systems/Data Analyst your main purpose would be to compile data from multiple sources, complete data analysis, convert data into knowledge, communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement.

Systems/Data Analyst should have:

• Experience with Infor Adage ERP and it’s data structure.
• Experience in Crystal Reports, SSRS and/or Power BL reporting.
• Application development skills using C#, web development (.NET Core/Razor), JAVA and mobile development (Android and/or iOS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes a variety of financial reports and reviews all reports for errors and inconsistencies; analyses variations in established standards and actual performance; determines reasons for variance; develops recommendations for improvement; completes written summaries of data.

Supports efforts of quality improvement, performance improvement, research evaluation of programs, and ensuring organizations meets established metrics and/or goals.

Provides recommendations to support critical business decision through data analyses.

Collaborate with IT and Accounting teams to develop software solutions to identify KPIs, automate business processes and ensure data integrity.

Address helpdesk tickets referencing reporting and data issues.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Training/Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent.

Personal Competencies Required:
Strong working knowledge of technology hardware and software including Microsoft servers and SQL Server Databases, Active Directory, Terminal Services, networking environment, Office 365 administration and management, and network devices.
Strong working knowledge of Crystal Reports.

Excellent project management skills and demonstrated leadership in working across organization to effectively implement new business programs and processes.

Demonstrated drive to seek process improvement through emerging technologies.

Excellent understanding of high-level business processes.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Essential Physical Abilities:
Ability to sit at an office desk with sufficient vision and physical dexterity to use PC desktop system for up to eight hours.

Ability and experience in use of other office equipment (calculator, fax, printer, scanner, copier, smart phone, etc.).

Ability to travel to other company locations to conduct and participate in on-site meetings.
