Job Description:
Job Summary:
- Create / maintain / distribute workstation images
- Create / maintain / distribute virtual images
- Monitor and manage distribution points
- Manage workstation and server endpoints
- Tier II/III system administration requests
- Utilize change management processes (i.e. project testing, impact analysis, communication, back out strategies.)
- Participate and/or support other teams during implementation projects
- Support a variety of workstation hardware models (desktops, laptops, & tablets). Configure, install, and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide Tier II/III level support for field technicians as it relates to imaging, application installation and basic hardware /software troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience
- OR associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience
- OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 1 or position equivalent.

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
Experience:
- managing 2000+ endpoints in SCCM: 1 year (Preferred)
- Active Directory: 1 year (Preferred)
- Laptop Encryption Technology such as Bitlocker: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- MCSE Certification (Preferred)
