The Supervisor Retail Pharmacy Store oversees, supervises, and directs the OTC Retail Store staff and is responsible for day-to-day operations of OTC Store (in accordance with State, Federal and OSHA regulations). Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the direct supervision of the OTC Retail Store staff (e.g. cashiers.). This includes accountability for recruitment, hiring, training, evaluations, promotions, progressive discipline, and terminations of aforementioned OTC employees.
Oversees daily stocking of over-the-counter items on retail store shelves. Makes sure shelves are clean and in order.
Supervises the stocking of refrigerated coolers as needed.
Checks, accepts, and organizes daily/weekly/monthly vendor deliveries and prepares over-the- counter products for stocking.
Familiarizes self with over-the-counter stock.
Monitors inventory to maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels
Checks for expiration dates and processes returns for expired products and overstocks.
Maintains work area in an organized and orderly fashion. Maintains a well-stocked and clutter-free customer service area.
Performs other duties
Position Qualifications Include:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years experience in a customer service oriented pharmacy environment, or related field is desired.
Good problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and quickly in responding to and resolving a wide range of problems.

Excellent data entry skills.

Flexibility with work schedule.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Dependable in attendance and job performance.

Able to lift 30 lbs.

Good organizational and time management skills

Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.
