Supply Chain Sr. Analyst
This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing forecast attainment and/or service level performance to DS Customers. The responsibilities cover the entire Dentsply Sirona portfolio for the Region (excluding Healthcare) which spans across multiple S&OP teams, Product Groups, CCOs, and DCs. Key elements of this role are as follows:

Monitoring and reporting of Forecast Attainment and Customer Service levels against multiple KPIs

Working with BI databases and data cubes and leveraging Power BI and reporting analytics to create actionable information and performance reports

Communicating and collaborating with partners across the organization through calls, meetings and e-mail

Identifying potential opportunities/risks to the quarterly sales revenue forecast and ensuring these are clearly defined and communicated

Providing reporting and analysis to identify key drivers of performance

Identifying areas of opportunity and root cause of issues

Working across the organization to develop and implement corrective actions that will drive measurable improvements in deliverable the forecast and service level improvement

Supporting projects with analysis and system / process development and testing

Perform regular data mining and analysis to evaluate service level and lead time performance and identify and summarize the key drivers of performance.

Compare QTD demand run-rate to forecast & drill down by PG/RCO/CCO as needed. Review and identify exceptions where demand is significantly ahead or behind RCO forecast. Compare current quarter revenue forecast to demand plan (DP) and identify major gaps between DP and revenue forecast for current quarter.

Consolidate Late Order projections from S&OP to provide a regional late order projection to the FP&A team.

Maintain a log of issues and agreed actions.

Create and issue reports that track revenue forecast accuracy and forecast attainment.

Analyze data to identify performance challenges and conduct root cause analysis.

Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on root causes and corrective actions.

Lead and implement initiatives and projects that will address performance challenges and drive measurable improvements in the achievement of forecast and service levels.

Implement monitoring until improvement areas are at sustained targets.

Support the development and testing of system and process enhancements and changes.

Support Regional Supply Chain projects, as needed.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of relevant experience
Years and Type of Experience:
-
Typically, 2+ years of experience of business analysis experience
-
Hands on experience with Business Intelligence software (Data warehousing) and Power BI
-
Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Visio, ….) with extensive knowledge of Excel.

Experience with forecasting systems and processes
-
Proven experience in problem solving techniques
Certifications/Licensing:

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred
