- Responsible for training, scheduling, preparing performance evaluations, recommending promotions, and retention of on-site Member Services Desk staff.
- Coordinate activities of Member Services Desk staff.
- Ensure appropriate phone coverage through training and scheduling of Member Services Desk staff. Keep Front End supervisors aware of phone coverage needs, as appropriate.
- Implement changes in current operating practices for increased efficiency and improved customer service, in consultation with Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
- Provide prospective new members with information about the Co-op and enroll new members. Assist members with membership cancellations and transfers.
Requirements:Qualifications: High school graduate. Minimum five years’ experience in customer service; basic supervisory training. Computer literate in word processing, page layout, spreadsheets, and/or database management.
Attendance Requirements: Hours include weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays/Sundays. Flexible scheduling required.
