Supervisor/Loan Officer Job at 1stliberty FCU
We are looking for a Branch Supervisor/Loan Officer for our Cut Bank and Shelby Branch located in Montana. Come and join our 1st Liberty family!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and direct the operations of a small branch for a full-service credit union.
- Overseeing operational, accounting, marketing, and loan processes.
- Loan underwriting and lending decisions.
- Building deposits and loan relationships.
- Promoting sales of products/services.
- Retaining and building relationships with members.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, and supervise support staff.
- Monitor facility and equipment needs of the branch.

- Must possess strong analytical, computer, communications, planning, and organizational skills, and be service-oriented.

Requirements:
- Business Degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Two plus years of leadership and managerial experience.
- Previous experience in a financial institution in a retail or consumer lending role is preferred.
- Solid understanding of state, federal, and regulatory compliance related to consumer lending.
- Ability to cross-sell 1st Liberty products/services as well as be able to mentor/coach staff.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
