Insulation/Scaffolding Superintendent

ATI is seeking a Insulation/Scaffolding Superintendent for our Mills, WY. location.

ATI Insulation, Inc. is an Industrial Insulation, Scaffolding Contractor, primarily working in the Industrial Construction Industry. ATI Insulation, Inc. started in 2001 and now has multiple locations in CO, WY, & TX. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package. Successful candidate will be hired out of our Mills, WY. location.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate multiple projects and employees.
• 80% Shop & Field Time. 20% Office Time.
• Abide to all company Processes and Procedures.
• Assist the PM with ensuring projects meet the budget, quality and specifications.
• Facility the PM position on certain projects.
• Assist PM with gathering information for project records per company schedule.
• Assist PM with creating Schedules: Project Milestone, Man Power, Invoicing and others.
• Supply Daily Project Documentation: Work Tickets, JSA, Work Permit, Production Report, QA/QC Report to PM., Site audits
• Maintain Great client relations.
• Support BD with sales efforts.
• Collaborate efficiently with other company departments.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in Construction management.
• Must have great communication skills and must communicate efficiently with company colleagues and clients.
• Must have valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Safety Training: Must have 1 or more of the following.

• WY/MT Safety Council Card

Management Responsibility

The position directly manages employees and carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include hiring, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 50-70 hours per week. This schedule is subject to change at any time and without notice.

Pay: $27 to $30 DOE
