The Schaumburg Boomers are seeking someone enthusiastic and self-motivated to be apart of the 2023 season.
General Requirements:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail to and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance
- Ability to perform assigned tasks promptly with minimal supervision
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and quick service for all guests
- Set up equipment and supplies in the suites
- Maintain the cleanliness of the suites
- Ensure that the guests menu is properly served at the designated time
- Uphold the quality of the products served
- Provide superior guest service
- Cater to the needs of the group
- Effectively work with other suite attendants
- Take pride as a suite server, greet guests, resolve issues, answer guest questions, etc.
Qualifications:
- BASSETT Certification (preferable)
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Previous server experience (preferable)
- Possess a friendly and outing personality
- Must work flexible hours that include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
