We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer in the Orlando, Florida area. Our client specializes in large facility projects for education, federal, municipal, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage small projects and perform discipline-specific design activities.
- Produce plans and specifications for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with structural department guidelines, practices, and policies.
- Design and size structural components according to codes and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and work independently when needed.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of drafting and design experience in the architectural/engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience with Dynamo and Rhino is preferred.
- Knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
