Aspiring Smoothie Makers:

We just opened our brand new Smoothie King location in the Waukesha/Pewaukee area in Grandview Plaza on June 7th, and are looking to fill out the rest of our staff with some awesome employees! We are looking to hire a couple of individuals with day time availability either as a store opener or a mid shift. Part time of full time.

Our Team Members make it happen. They are quite literally the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand and we value them accordingly. The store openers are responsible for setting up the store in the morning and having it fully open and ready to go by the time the doors are unlocked. They make a prep list and complete that, but there is very, very minimal prepped involved with smoothies. Other than that, they help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The rest of the day to day work simply consists of basic cleaning tasks, taking orders, making smoothies, and having some fun with our awesome staff along the way. We offer paid, thorough training, are incredibly flexible with scheduling around the rest of your life- a fun, team oriented work environment, as well as being a part of opening a brand new store from the ground up. You also receive a free smoothie each shift you work and a discount on the days you do not.

We fully pride ourselves on fostering a developmental culture, fully understanding most of our employees have their own ambitions and goals in life, and we are there in the mean time to help assist them into becoming the best version of themselves and helping prepare them for the rest of their professional lives.

· Is eager to help Guests make a selection when Guests express difficulty with ordering or selecting a smoothie

· Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times

· Completes daily checklist duties

· Is open to feedback from Team Members, Shift Leads, and/or Managers, then practices and perfects the aforementioned task(s)

· Approaches things with a positive attitude

Time Management

· Shows up on time for work

· Balances personal life without interference to their work schedule

COVID-19 considerations:
Curbside is available, but rarely used, Extra cleaning and sanitizing tasks are in place to avoid any COVID outbreaks in store, which we have successfully avoided thus far, and employees are instructed to be overly cautious if they are not feeling well.
