We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to help us create life changing smiles! Please consider joining our team as an orthodontic assistant/ sterilization tech. Experience is preferred but we are willing train the right candidate. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating patients
- Assist the orthodontist at the chair while they are engaged in patient care
- Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
- Removal and placement of arch wires
- Tooth preparation prior to bonding
- Taking intraoral scans
- Computer charting
- Sterilization of chairs and instruments
- Oral hygiene instructions & explanation of completed procedures to the patient and parent

Our offices are open 5 days per week and full time positions are available. This position requires working at ALL of our 4 locations (Crown Point, Schererville, Merrillville, & Valparaiso). Must be available on a rotational basis to handle minor patient comfort appointments, as needed, on a limited number of weekends per year. Compensation is based on experience.
