The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and time management experience in a fast-paced work environment. Must be a team player, a multi-tasker, and would prefer someone with medical terminology.


Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Friday) | Additional pay for on call responsibilities

The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator (Case Coordinator) in Onalaska, WI:
  • Manages the schedules for over 200 clients
  • Fills open hours/reaching out to all staff on a daily basis in order to adjust their schedules to add open clients
  • Is able to handle multiple scheduling demands/phone calls/emails simultaneously in a fast paced high pressure environment.
  • High level of customer service skills and immediate follow through with staff and clients.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis. This includes selecting the appropriate caregiver, communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing.
  • Manage inquiry calls from clients, client families, and caregivers.
  • Performs family consultation visits as assigned
  • Participates in the orientation of new caregivers
  • Processes payroll for caregivers on a weekly basis.
  • Ensures computer data is updated and accurate for client schedules and employee availability
  • Anticipates staffing needs and works with the Executive Director and/or Business Manager to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintained.
  • Ensures that all clients requested services hours are staffed with appropriate personnel
Education & Experience:

Education & Experience

  • High school education or equivalent required.
Skill Requirements
  • Scheduling and data entry experience preferred.
  • Assisting new hires to complete their onboarding tasks.
  • Ability to coordinate many activities at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills.
