RN Staff Developer/ CNA Instructor Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance employee retention
- Orienting new CNA’s and all new staff to the facility and assist them in gaining the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to perform their assigned duties.
- Provide training for RN’s, LPN’s STNA’s and NRCA’s to keep them updated in current nursing practices. This position will also train individuals who wish to work as nurse assistants.*
RN Staff Developer/ CNA Instructor Qualifications:
- 2 years experience working in a long term care facility preferred.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
- All graduates of qualified nursing programs are eligible, spots are limited and certain criteria must be met.
- Must be a Registered Nurse
